Oaktree Retirement Village – Mavid Construction

Our Impact Security & Electrical boys have completed  working with Mavid Construction on Stage 1,2 and 3 of the Oaktree Retirement Village at Kanwal. Stages includes the supply & install of power, lighting, tv & data to 54 new units as well as the village centre. It also includes power & lighting to the pool shed, bus & buggy shelter and common lighting and power throughout the site. It also includes the supply and install of the security network for the entirety of stage 1. Our portion of the work started in late 2019 and is currently on track and expected to be completely handed over by August 2020. The first 4 units were handed over to Oaktree in early June as part of a revised handover schedule due to COVID-19.

Impact Security & Electrical uses local suppliers where possible for all materials.
